I don't think I'd use or try tren just not worth it for me with the negative sides of it.
@Old Pharm Tech welcome you dont need a calculatorI have been on TRT for years and never noticed any ability to build muscle at T Cyp 200mg's/week; I likely don't have the genetics others do.
I am 63, 175# and 5'8". My RBC got well over 19 and my new Doc had me cut my Test Cyp down to 150mg's/week. I got access to Tren A, Tren E, Equipoise and Sustanon. I started 150mg's TCyp, 150mg's EQ, and 200mg's of Tren E per week. I realize this is a very light cycle, but I am coming off of injuries and surgeries, and have noticed a couple of things: 200mg's of Tren E made me too short of breath to do more than 20 minutes of aerobics. I cut my Tren E dosage down to 100mg's week and I am not as short of breath as often. I have gained 4 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks, and for an old guy like me I am good with that. I am getting leaner than I have been in decades and no longer have to be embarrassed to take my shirt off. I don't know that I had any real questions, but here is one: does anybody know where I can get to a copy of Roid Calc.com? It may be differently named now, but it always allowed me to know what my blood test results were going to be on the day of testing. Thanks for your help.

@Old Pharm Tech can you post a log we want to see it and where you're at nowMUSTANG_18, thank you for your quick response and your offer of help. The Roid Calc.com was a half-life calculator of any AAS being used and gave a numerical concentration at any point in the cycle. This was important for me to have so I knew what my Total and Free Testosterone levels would be when blood was drawn.
I am currently rehabbing a non-surgically repairable left rotator cuff and a torn right rotator cuff that I am trying to avoid surgery on if possible.
I am having a 3 level disc lumbar decompression surgery done at the end of December, so training logs really aren't that valuable at this point as the amount of weight is very low and the reps are limited.
By the time I recover from my back surgery, hopefully my shoulders will be solid enough to start lifting in a more serious manner.
Thank you again.
