HCG should be taken throughout the cycle. 250 iu's 2x week. You do not want the LH to be desensitized. If so, your screwed.

Hcg can shut up down on its own though

Not likely at 250 iu per pin. The HCG during cycle also helps with the recovery since the LH was not shut down.
