Tren E 200, Test E 400, EQUIPOISE 300, & Proviron 25

Running Tren E @100mg 3xs a week
Test E 400mg 1x a week
EQ 300mg 1x a week
Proviron 25mg a day
Starting my 3rd week now of a 10 week cycle
What kinda gains should I expect? So far I got 5 lbs lean muscle and lost some fat
I'm 41 5'5'' 165 built well any advice I'd appreciate it

bros i think it a good stack
i like the tren dose. maybe drop it to 250mgs if sides get bad

we need to see your log for this cycle to actually help you and guide you as an EF fam, we cant just guess bro and you're 165 so a lot of things to discuss here
logs are easy, you start a new thread put up diet training cardio sleep supps and history with your cycle and we guide you, takes around 15min to get up and 5min to regular update

HOW-TO LOG?

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
