Tren Boldenone NPP Test Prop Winstrol cycle?

#1 - 22 years old
#2 - 190lbs
#3 - 2 cycles already done.

Verdict = :rolleyes:

You mean to tell me that your genetics suck so bad or you are so fucking lazy about working out that you need 5 DIFFERENT AAS COMPOUNDS just to drop some fat and water?

At 17% BF you are roughly only 160lbs of actual muscles. Which isn't very much overall. But your genius plan to transform your body involves placing yourself in a calorie restricted environment, stressing the CNS additional through training and cardio, and using a shit load of AAS just to weigh 180lbs. (hopefully?)

Well alright then! I hope that you are 5'1" so that 180lbs on you will actually look muscular after all this is said and done.
A bit harsh mate im not an expert on AAS by a long shot but i am definetely not lazy! im a personal trainer im in my gym every day. Ive been using tanita scales for my bf% i think ive tipped over into the athlete category so without skinfold calipers im more acurately 13% bf. Maybe ive got the whole concept of "cutting" all wrong. I want to build lean muscle and drop some of the excess fat around my stomach. Im gonna go with the cycle access reccomended me. thanks you

Ok a bit harsh but thanks for the input. I am definetelt a novice when it comes to AAS but i definetely am not fucking lazy i am a personal trainer im in the gym every day! Ive been using tanita scales to measure bf% not skin fold calipers. I am probably in the athlete category on the sacles now becuase i train often so more accuratley im around 13%. Maybe i have got the whole "cutting" idea wrong. I want to put on lean muscle and loose a bit of fat around my stomach. i do nor want to loose weight! im going with access' cycle recomendation. and with a clean diet like you said thanks!

Better get it harsh here than harsh in real life after this cycle from the sides that you can experience from overloading your CNS and HTPA at such an early age.

You can do a very low dose of AAS and follow a good diet and training program do see the desired results.

If you are 190lbs with that much fat, you obviously need to get the diet aspect right first. AAS isn't going to really help you there.

All AAS does is simply give you more of what you already have. It doesn't make up for what is lagging or missing. Keep in mind that training hard and training RIGHT are two different things. You could be training with Dorian like intensity, but if it is the wrong training for your body, it isn't going to amount to much.

Work with your body and genetics, not against it.
