Hi new ti site so hope not breaking any rules.

Hi I'm male 32 years if age .. 5,8 aprox. 80 kg in weight . I train 5 6 times a week and running a course if tren and test e


Im jabbing eod 1m each. Just wondering is that to much each week.

Only sides I'm getting is the bit if restless sleep.. So any help or advice would b good

Id you're not sure if you're breaking the rules then shouldn't you read 'em.

This already looks bad if u did a cycle and got nothing from it so u are doing another already before determining what the problem was on the first one.

Shut this cycle down, go into pct, and take a step back. Did u read the thread where the guy is now impotent.... dont let that be u.

sounds like you might be over training....would be a good idea to post up your training routine and diet before we look at the cycle.
if this is your first run with tren and if its enanthate the sides may not have presented yet.
its a compound that should be left well alone untill you have a few more cycles under your belt.

1ml eod means nothing unless we know how many mg's there is per ml.

It's 250ml in then test e and 150 un the tri tren.. My other cycles I think it's more down to the the fact I only team them file about 6. 7 weeks then gave up .. I ran tren n sus .. Then tried test 350 wiv decca n debol .


I train back one night
Then arms anther night
Then chest etc wiv bout 10 minutes if cardio after each session. Training session normally hour most nights
 
My diet cereal 6am with shake
2 chicken beasts during Work wiv shake.

Plus meal before and after training plus shake .. Meal normally chicken or fish wiv veg n sweet potato .


Then snack before bed n maybe another shake


I'm also been running this cycle for few weeks now if that helps
 
ok i'm going to honest here mate and dont take offence.

looking at what you said about your other cycles and saying you " gave up " on one....i am guessing you probably dont do a proper pct if any..correct me if i am wrong.

at the moment you are running 875mg of test and 525mg of tren per week...is this too much ? - FUCK YES !

my honest opinion is that you need to either educate yourself further on steroids or stop taking them, because you seem to be all over the place with previous cycle and with dosing.
what are you taking to prevent prolactin induced gyno from the tren ?
what have you got for pct ?

sounds like you are eating the right type of food but your meal plan sounds a bit sketchy.
write it down for yourself and be strict about it.
change your training routine to a 2 day split and find a good program that suits your goals in the training forum here.drop back to traing 4 days a week and give your body plenty of time to recover and grow ! 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off ..repeat
 
I've never took any thing pct pct.. The Reason I stopped cycles before as I coukdnt get ti gym due to work . So stopped the cycle ..


How much should I be taking now . My normally advice is from previous gym members .. But wanted to get this one right . N try n out some decent gains
 
ok , first things first....dont take anymore advice from guys at your gym.

you need to stop the tren and test and do pct.

start using hcg straight away - if you dont have it and i'm guessing you dont ,you need to get some.
get 5000iu and pin 500iu eod .

10 days after last shot of test start your pct
aromasin week 1- 25mg,week 2- 25mg,week 3- 12.5mg,week 4 -12.5mg
Post cycle + unleashed ....run both till the bottles are empty.
hcgenerate would also definitely help with recovery....run a full bottle until its empty.

dont start another cycle until you have spent plenty of time here reading posts and threads , you will learn how to run a cycle the proper way.
use the search button , if there is anything you are still not sure about then send me a PM.

for now i would concentrate on getting that pct happening and put some work into your diet.
start a thread in the diet and training forum and people will chime in and help you with a good bulking diet.

learn from your mistakes and you will get the gains you are looking for .
