Honestly if you can get a away with using it to help with sleep and appetite then I don't see a problem with it. I don't personally use it because It could cost me my job but if I didn't have to worry about being drug tested then I see no problem with using it for the benefits. When I smoked it as a teenager I never had trouble falling asleep or waking up feeling rested. Nowadays I do whether I'm on tren or not. It would be nice to have that extra appetite boost when I don't feel like eating but have to. The only harmful thing attributed to weed is the smoking aspect. It doesn't cause cancer but smoke isn't healthy, and you can easily get around this by eating it or using a vaporizer. As long as you use it at the end of the day it shouldn't impact your training or productivity. If you use it at the beginning of the day then you won't accomplish shit. When I used it all I wanted to do was eat and relax, so training or working is out the question for me at least.
