TrapBar DEADLIFT!!!!!

was it a thin 'curlbar' (well thats all people use it for) i think its 15 lbs....... or the thicker, longer bar which is like 25 lbs?

Uhhh...my trap bar is like probably 45 pounds.

Hey Bfold, do you thi8nk the trap bar gives better resuylts than the straight bar? cause I have the choice of using either and I am not sure which one might improve my strength more.... any thoughts.....

Not gonna f up your shins. But shit, that's what deads are all about!!

With the trap bar, you have no variation. Regular bar, you have several different grips to choose from. But, I guess the trap bar is good for a change every now and then.
 
i wish my gym had a trap bar, my shins are gnarled. i cant even do leg raises cuz the pressure from the pads hurts my shins too much.
