Well - just remember you can't wash your hair for about 3 days after you start putting on that pro-tan...LOL. Just kiddin ya, I think your pics look really good. I can tell you've really worked hard on your water depletion experiment - it served you well. Again - i think your shape is really pleasing to the eye. Remember when posing not to hold those arms out too far from your body as in pics - just a suggestion. You never want to see too much space between your appendages and your body while posing and in stances. Again, I wish you all the best. If going to the Arnold Classic - i'll be at the Beverly Booth...working.
As always, thanks for the good info. I'll work on positioning my arms on the front and back poses. I won't be at the AC this year, but I'm sure that it will be a great time. Don't get into too much trouble. Thanks for all of your help QSS. :)

I've been spending a few hours each night in front of the video camera, making sure that when I hit a pose, it looks the same in my head as it looks to the camera. Things are coming along and I have made some good improvements that I think should help me to show the goods in pre-judging. Thanks QSS and everyone else who offered input. I'm gonna post more pics this weekend. 2 weeks to go!!!

Re: done bulking

Two weeks out. Don't mind the lack of cuts and the bloated gut. It was the result of a glycogen load experiment that went wrong. I'm back to normal now, don't worry. I probably won't post pics again until after the contest. Lumberg, I have been working on smiling, and if I can remember on stage, I'm gonna do it. I'm not smiling in these pics because I thought I had ruined the last 3 months of hard work.

Re: done bulking

Are you going to keep the goat or shave for the contest? Looks like half the glycogen went to the outie- it looks swole as hell bro...

For real though you look great, bloated or not... you are gonna look awesome at the contest bro...

Re: done bulking

Looking good. I like the outdoor lighting.

Also I can see you're squinting from the light and everything. In the side pose your facial expression looks good. You can also see those serratus muscles :)

Re: done bulking

Thanks bors. Yeah, the glycogen went somewhere. Actually, it did what it was supposed to do by filling my muscles back up, thing is, it made me retain hella water. Don't be hating on my outtie, that's gonna be what I use to get the judges' attention. I plan to keep the goat though. Everything from the neck down is and will remain gone though.

JB, you're right about the my legs being ahead. I hope not too much that it takes away from everything else. I know that I fixed a lot of problems that I had in my last show though. Progress is the name of this game. I plan to devote a great deal of attention to arms, delts and chest next time I'm bulking and if I can make anywhere near the amount of improvment that I did on my back, legs and believe it or not chest from July 26, I'll have something.

Re: done bulking

You're going to do fine bro.

One that pose from the back your legs don't look hard, maybe try different ways to flex your legs to make the striations stand out more.

The night after I took these photos, I was messing with my leg poses from the rear and I noticed that if I plant my toe then rotate my knee down and press back, my hammies look sick. I think I got that one figured out. Good observation maing.
