Training With Hemorrhoids

Have an external (not an internal descended). Should I have it lanced (you don't even want to know about this) or continue training and treat it topically?

Been there myself....Havining them lanced isn't so bad, once you get by the injection....you walk out feeling like a new man wearing a tampax...once the local wears off....you can't possibly realize how many times you pucker your asshole during the course of the day....and sneezing is a bitch....heh heh heh

Here is a great topical cream, but you gotta get a script for it....it will take them away very quickly, but if yours have already clotted, lancing is the best method....the cream is this....
