My first cycle starts this week, ( if it will ever get here) and I've got a question about training. I've been doing a periodized routine for deadlift and bench. Obviously, my strength will go up, which means I'll be able to push an pull a lot more than is on this program. Should I just pick sets and reps and go to failure? Also everything else is to failure, and I've been adding a couple of pounds a week to the bar naturally, so how should progression go while on?
