V Valdez New member Apr 2, 2001 #2 same way as you would normally lift. you will be stronger, so always pyramid and warm up or you risk tearing a muscle or straining/ripping a tendon. use whatever rep range that gave you the best results before juice. nothing has changed besides recovery and anabolism.
