muskate High End Bro Platinum Feb 13, 2018 #4 it really makes no difference man. the goal of cardio is to simply burn calories. anything that gets you moving and gets your heart rate up is great. i would pick which ever one sounds more interesting to you or alternate between the two to keep it fresh.
