As of Monday... I will once again start a cut up diet. I will be following the "CrumDiet"
This time I have other people following it and getting great results. My diet will consisist mainly of lean meats, lots of veggies, and healthy fats.
Having carbs after training only!
This plan has helped many get real lean within 8 weeks.
No cheating for the whole duration. I will give it my best shot to finally get lean! This has proven to work for many people who did not get tired. They were full and strong...

My diet will be what crum posted on his post...
we all basically know what it is...
post workout will be Creatine preload...1 scoop.. 37 carbs... plus whatever other carbs slip in from the veggies etc... Or should I take in 1.5 scoops cause Im large? This will give me 60carbs plus whatever else I eat...
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
PS. 5 day split cardio on weekends or 3 day split cardio on alternate days?
