for hockey we have to do wall sits, sprints, lunges, and some ploymetrics....i do these everyday to keep in shape for hockey but i was wondering if that is over training doing those everyday?

maybe not now, but you will. give your muscle some time to rest and grow..taking time off also allows muscle glycogen stores to be replenished.

Sounds like you are not using heavy weight with the above exercises. Sounds like mostly cardio.

I would sugguest at least one day off to recover, but some people can do cardio everyday.

Are your muscles real sore? That would be the indicator if you need a day off or not IMO...

the lunges, plyo etc is not used to build your strength, per se, but more for stability. its making sure you wont get injured when you are out there giving max effort. it should be supplemental to your regular resistance/strength conditioning program.
