Don't train two times a day. Gear doesn't make you superman. Train 3-4 days a week and get your rest.

Exactly
You should train the same on as off. Choose between morning or evening.

Only scenario would be if you cardio in the morning, lift at night. Otherwise avoid training twice a day.

when on gear I could train twice a day, but that would leave me no time for eating and growing. most of all everyday would just drag on knowing that I had another balls to wall session ahead of me. with that feeling my workouts would not be at the intensity level i want them to be at....

it depends if your going for size or not. I know many lifters that train for strength that lift twice a day. They aren't freakin' huge, but they are stong as hell.

You can train two times a day....on or off gear.

train the morning hard, rest and recover(eat eat eat) for like six hours, then go back.....ditch the compound movements and isolate. or lower the percentage quite a lot

or

do say quad work in the morning...then hamstring work at night. or pec and tricep morning, and back and biceps in the evening

just as long as you let your body recover the next few days

It depends on your goals. Try the bigger, Faster, Stronger progam it worked wonders for me. I had taken some time of do to injury and when I came back I could barely bench 135 twice. When I started the program, in six weeks I was benching 235 for reps of 3. Saint7

P.S. No gear was involved.
