Sorry about this guys, I really didnt want to post here about this...but I wait days for responses on the supp boards, and you all respond very quick with BETTER answers.

If anyone knows about training while on 1-ad, i have a few questions posted on the supp board...and i really need them answered ASAP...thank you guys, and sorry once again.

frankly, i wouldnt take 1ad. from everything ive read about it, it does a lot more harm then good in the long run.

I used it back in the fall for 8 weeks, I am not big on supplements, but at the time I had been drug free for 2 years and I didn't have any sources, so I thought what the hell.....I took 5 pills a day for 8 weeks and I gained some weight. maybe 10lbs and I noticed some mild strength increases......the downside is that it really demolishes your sex drive.....My advice is this: The gains are nothing out of the world, it does shit for your recovery between workouts, you really don't "feel" any different, and any gains made are nothing that can't be attributed to harder training and eating more, so I say fuck 1-AD and if you're hell bent on taking a little something, go with the real deal, gear is also cheaper than that garbage too.......This advice goes as long as you've been training many, many years and know what you are doing......if you're a newbie disregard everything I said, and stay away from supplements regardless of your level, with the exception of protein, weight gainers, and of course vitamins and minerals, they are all crap designed to make money.

1 ad is worthless really. Don't belive the hype....in fact don't belive the hype about steroids either, almost everyone has the genetic potential to reach their goals within 5 years of training, so why destroy your health over something that only works as much as you do. There is no real shortcut besides a good sound program and plenty of calories.
