hey guys
im currently cruising on testerone, and in a few months i will be doing a blast
during that blast i would like to pack on asmuch SIZE as possible, with the LEAST strength gains
i know this sounds weird but im really getting sick of gaining strength, and my size gains dont come anywhere near as fast as my strength does
so im looking for tips and advice on how to pack on more size then strength
i already know about training in the 10-12 rep range for size
was wondering if anyone else had any tips to target size training, rather then strength
