How do you train during pct? Ive read some who say train just as hard as on cycle. Ive read others say that since your T is low you cant recover so train with low volume. I was thinking of doing an upper body lower body split 4 days a week with approx. only 3 sets per bodypart and try to use the same weight as while on. My normal volume is in the neighborhood of 9-12 sets for big muscles and 6 sets for small muscles every 5-7 days.
Also, I plan on eating the same 300 grams of protein and just scale back on carbs and fat enough to eat maintenance calories, which for me is about 3,000 a day.
