hey guys i am planning on taking methoxypro in order to gain some weight and muscle, but i am in need of a good workout schedule for a beginner. i have lifted before, but only like 3 times a week and not too hard. i am 5'9" and weigh 150 lbs. basically im asking for a cycle to train on(like what body parts to work out on what days) if i plan to work out about every day
