Hey bud. Like Strider said, your best bet is to increase recovery time between workouts. Your workouts should still be intense but you might want to back off the volume a little bit while your body is in hormonal flux so that you're not losing much of your gains while at the same time not overstressing your body which is probably already pretty stressed from the change in hormone status. After a while, once you feel like your system is pretty much back to normal, you can try and go for gains again. However, I would recommend that you not try and add much strength and/or mass when your first come off and instead aim at maintaining what you gained. That's just my opinion/experience.
