If you cut your calories too low, your body's metabolism will slow down, so really the majority of your deficit has to come from training and cardio.

lay off the sodium and carbs. try a keto diet. drink lots of water. have a thermogenic before workouts... have some glutamine and amino acids on an empty stomach first thing in the A.M. and then do cardio. minimize sugar and never at night. L-carnitine can boost fat loss dramatically in high doses, so do some due diligence on that.
