Train bodyparts how many times a week on juice?

crimson coal

Was just wondering how many times people hit each body part a week when they are on the juice? I am hitting each one pretty hard twice a week. Does anyone have a tried and true regimen? I'm doin sus at 250 and deca at 200 but bumpin to 500 and 400 respectively. Also will takin xenadrine or clem to suck out water retension be counter productive at this time? If so whats a good thing to take for fat face when I get it. ( I dont wanna have piggy lookin little eyes)

hey man, you ever think about doing eq instead of deca? less puffy look than on deca. i think the gains are similar. anyone else agree?

I never train a bodypart more than twice a week. This even goes for calves and abs. I just do not see the point.

is it bad to mix upper body workouts with lower body on the same day? reason i ask is cause sometimes its hard to work a body part twice a week without doing this. another question..........working which muscles together interfere with eachother? example bi's and tri's. i have been told its not good to work them in the same day. i do anyways but i would like to get the opinion from people here. thanks

I ALWAYS do bi's & tri's together, you get a much better pump and it allows you to focus all your energy on your arms. I'll probably get blasted for saying this, but in my most humble opinion, if you are training hard enough you shouldn't be able to do major bodyparts more than once a week........ESPECIALLY legs!!!! I believe that if you work one bodypart per day and BLAST IT TO HELL, 100% muscle fatigue, you will experience phenomenal results!

Bi's and Tri's together I believe are a must. Do no view them as seperate entities, , look at it as an arm. A whole, not a part, the pump is phenomenal and you can really concentrate on them.

Second, Jawoak, I would do anything BUT flame ya for your comments. Maybe I don't count because I am a strict HIT advocate or as the flamers on the board like to refer to it as (s)HIT . Bodyparts once a week are fine, but again the topic is "when you are on the sauce" I'm el natural so perhaps it is different.

Peace,
Mike

I do one body part per week.

Arms: I will do biceps, triceps, and forearms and calves on that day.

I really blast my arms, including forearms, than normally do calves.

5 days a week - one body part per day and take two days off, ususally not back to back.

Also I will do cardio at least 4 times a week and abs twice a week.

This works well for me but in a few months I will change it and do a 3 on 1 off cycle for a few months, than go to 4 days etc........

Solidspine is right...

That's how I work out. Five days a.ek, with sat and sun off. One body part a day. I might do light cardio on sat, but that's all

Train each muscle group 1x/week. It's all the body needs if you're training correctly, IMO. As for the question on EQ instead of Deca, that's the reason I use EQ. Less bloating... and try Nolvadex during your cycle. It should minimize your water retention.... (Someone correct me if I'm wrong...still learning here...)

Btw, I always train Bi's and Tri's on the same day... Love the pump I get!

ok, what about mixing upper body with lower body?

There is no reason you cannot mix them except for fitigue. Like I wouldn't bench and squat in the same day. Also there is the issue of blood flow. When you work out upper there is more blood there than usual and the same for legs. So If I were going to work upper and lower on the same day I would do it in 2 different workouts.......Hound Dog

But if ya can train one body part per day once a week without juice. then wouldnt bein on the Juice make ya be able to grow bigger by hitting it more than once because of muscle recovery being way shorter thus getting you bigger?

I used to do Bi's and Tri's the same day. But then I started reading about pushing and pulling exercises. I'm going to try bic's and back and see how that works out. Chest and tri's, shit like that. I've never done it that way before, and it's time for change so maybe it'll work out.

Juice or no Juice everyone is different...it is impossible for anyone one on this board to tell another person the amount of recovery time he or she needs...they can only tell you what works for them...most people even vary recovery time on the differnent muscle groups in their own body...for instance, I like to train chest and back togetheron Monday...my back is ready to go by wed but my chest may not be ready by fri...you have to experiment and find out what works for you...then be flexible enough to alter your program as your body develops and you system adapts to what you're doing...that's one reason why it is so important for people to have a solid lifting base before using AS...you have to know YOUR body...

  1. Monday Morning Legs-optional night workout
  2. Tuesday- Back optional night
  3. Wednesday- Chest and Abs optional night
  4. Thursday- Shoulders Traps and Forearms optional night
  5. Friday- Bi's and Tri's optional night
    [/list=1]

optional nights are for either hitting the stubborn muscle again at night or cardio workouts....

I've been doing one bodypart/week and am noticing some gains. I don't do bis and tris in the same day, but that's just personal preference. I usually try to stick to the whole push/pull routine.

ditto on Adaptek.. i actually overtrained while on gear... i thought i needed to work out just because i was on gear.. so i'd go to the gym tired as fuck and have shit workouts and do nothing but kill my gains.

also, i had diff. reactions to diff. substances. when i was on deca, i seemed to recover in 18 hours. i could do chest every other day..

also, on ditto on badass_R1 - EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT.

bis and tris in the same day is great.

I have to agree on this !!!!!
I actually have read of a program that trains opposite body parts each work out...like bi's and tri's...back and chest.. I know it sounds crazy but I have tried it and have to say the pump is great but damn does it take allot of energy... it goes on the belive of blood flow getting to that section of the body better by working both sides.... I personally don't do it but I did try it for a few weeks just for a change ????
As for working muscles harder while on juice... I would think most would still believe it is possible to over train even on juice ????
It doesn't make you superman but damn close...L.O.L.
I would let your body tell you by how it feels ???
