If im a 100 meter sprinter running the 100 in 10.8 and wish to get faster what steroids do i take and for how long. im 6 ft and i weigh 173

You forgot the most important number -- your age.

Steroids are not going to do jack for you.

They will help, but not like most think. Running has more to do with form and joint insertions. MIGHT cut .3 of a sec off. MIGHT.

That is true, but I never said it wasn't. My point was that that would be the best that I would ever expect, and not to imagine that a good runner would be an olympic caliber sprinter because of steroids. Theres a lot of people who think it will take them to the top national ranks in whatever field they're in, when on average they are mediocre.
