After your boobs disappear, then the rest of your upper body will get shredded, and when all of that fat is gone only then will you be in a position to burn that lower body fat. Even with yohimbine I have noticed that it is not obviously effective until you are already pretty lean and are down to that last store of lower body fat. This is possibly (prolly) because high circulating insulin or estrogen levels inhibit it's action. As you get leaner your circulating estrogen should decrease, and your glucose sensitivity improves thus also reducing insulin. A low carb diet may help with yohimbine.
