???
Not sure how to answer that (diet part)--I'm not into the body building thing myself but I think it's amazing what you all do and how you are able to perfect things.
I try the cutting diets from time to time cause I figure if they can could help some guy at 8% and some chick at 14% get down just another 2-3%--they can get some off of me at 19%. I'm not saying they don't work, only the fat comes a tiny bit from my arms and from my thighs and my boobs--anywhere than from where I want it to.
Nandi12 I know what your saying but this drastic boob change has only been occuring for a little under a year--I mean sure, if you drop your pounds your gonna take a little off the top but seriously from a C to an A (barely) in one month.
My normal eating is not bad--I maintain quite well by eating low GI carbs about 25% fat (healthy fat always) 35% lean protein. I go out to eat like twice a week and just have whatever I feel like then but it's I'm by no means unbuttoning my pants to squeeze dessert in either.
I get inspired by reading when people are cutting and have tried the CKD myself--figured if it could get you all (usually already at a very lean bf% down a little it could certainly take a little from my 19%. I'm not saying it didn't work, lost 2% (1 mo) but measurements in the butt area didn't change a bit. Even if I would've seen like .5" or something would've kept going but the goal wasn't really to lose fat, it was to lose it from that spot and certainly not to make it look worse by leaning out a little more everything else around it.
I may have just started posting recently but I've been reading this site for almost two years plus a bunch of Dan Duchaine's stuff and have tried a couple of the lesser evils over time. I'm not willing to take a leap into something drastic, I'm just aggrevated and hoping somebody can offer some advice. It's not how to lose fat that's stumping me it's how to get it off of my butt.
The best results I've had were just recently after reading the Fat Fast Experiment (Broch?). I used one spray of Androsol/day to counter muscle loss and in a week took off .75" from the evil area and .5" on each thigh and nothing in the boobs (1 week seriously and lost 3% total). That's great and all, only think my Leptin levels were at lowest point ever. Wasn't having carb cravings even or hunger pains was just wanting to binge on like the stuff I was already eating--I've never been like that was a little wierd and unsettling plus I couldn't harldly sleep the whole time(no fat burners or stimulants either).
I'm leary about the Adrosol. I can't seem to find any guidlines or anything for chick use anywhere and that's the first time I've ever used anything to up test. I guess that's why I thought it might have been an excess or bad estrogen thing and was looking for something targeted more for women then men.
I ordered some estrogen creme they make for guys umm wanting to be girls--it grows them boobs. It's prescrip, not some gimmick from some wacked out company. There was some blurb about how women could use it too to increase breast size. That's not my goal but was thinking if I tried CKD or something and used the creme--might prevent them from disappearing.
I'm obviously willing to experiment here but I'm entering uncharted waters without research findings or even personal experiences to make a good judgement from. Prohormones are made for guys and that's who talks about them usually. The creme I'm not overly worried about except if the estrogen increases estrogen supply all over--that would be bad I'm sure and will try to figure out before I actually test. I'm not saying I'm against anyones sound rational advice either--I know alot, doesn't mean I know it all and I'm sure I've missed some things along the way. Thx everyone!
OK so with that background and knowing I am not as innocent as you might have thought from the original post--I'd still love to hear anything you have to say dieting wise and on limits with the Adrosol or the creme or even rumored experiences. There's not alot of info on the inbetween stuff as it relates to women--it's either really soft or really hard stuff I usually see.
