Reta by far. Start at 1mg and you can move up every week or two by 0.5mg with 4mg being a sweet spot and max, for most. Not many go above this and there was no clinically significant difference between 8mg and 12mg except side effects.Looking for the best peptide for fat loss. I'm curious about using both reta and tirzepatide together. Do you think 1 mg of each per week would be a good start and then I can gradually increase it? I'm 218 lb and I'm looking to lose about 25 lb.

You should consider peptides or things like clen as leavers to pull to push things further.
But if you want the cheat sheet

Everyone is different this is essentially my pep stack for my growth phase to minimise fat gain and maximise nutrient uptakeThis is pretty good. Would be good to see how long on each compound is recommended.![]()
If you have a look at my log I believe I've covered each of their rolls in the "pre start portion rather well"This is pretty good. Would be good to see how long on each compound is recommended.![]()

Dose dependant you could run some of it or even all of it year round if it has no negative impact on your life (eg reta, the longer you run it the better same as hgh)
As with anything brother, these are just tools to support a structured and healthy lifestyle.Looking for the best peptide for fat loss. I'm curious about using both reta and tirzepatide together. Beautifully said bro.As with anything brother, these are just tools to support a structured and healthy lifestyle.
Can they still “work” and mask a shit diet and poor habits? Yeah, in some cases they can… but what happens when you pull them out? You’re left with nothing built underneath it.
That’s why aas, peptides, all of it… should never be treated as the fix. They’re enhancements, nothing more.
Reta is easily one of the most effective tools we’ve got right now for fat loss, appetite control and nutrient utilisation. But it still needs to be respected and used properly.
Tolerance does build over time, but not as quickly as people think if you use it right.
Always start as low as possible and get the most out of each dose before moving up. No need to rush it.
I like starting at 1mg once per week just to assess individual response. Some guys feel it quick, others take a bit longer.
Reta does need time to build effect. For most, you want to give it at least 2 weeks before even thinking about increasing. That alone helps avoid stacking side effects from jumping too fast.
From there, you adjust based on how your body responds.
If you had no real side effects and it’s doing its job, you can look at slowly increasing the dose over time while keeping a once weekly injection.
If you did get sides early on but they settled, I’d hold the same dose and instead tighten the frequency. So instead of every 7 days, bring it to 6 or 5 days depending on when hunger starts creeping back in.
That way you’re not forcing a dose increase when your body is already responding to that amount.
Only once that dose genuinely stops doing the job, even with tighter frequency, then you look at increasing.
If it gets to a point where cost becomes a factor, you can layer in a very low dose of cagrilintide.
But be careful with that… we’re talking microgram range, not milligrams. It’s strong and can absolutely flatten appetite if you overshoot.
