3 scoops ice cream before and after your workout?

whey protein?

boost drink?

if your goal is to get fat then yes that will be perfectly fine.

also you realize that during your workout your digestive system will be working overtime to digest all that lactose, dairy, and the other garbage in there.. plus your body will be phlegmy and inflamed the whole time

drop all that shit and just get a good quality creatine.. get ancient strength.. trust me. if you want something more take 5 caps of n2generate.. that is it

Why the ice cream? I cant think you logically picked ice cream to achieve fitness goals on purpose
