I'm 26 years old, and i am starting to get serious about weight training and I need your help
my chest has been my weak point since I was a teenager and it never developed enough
I was thinking of doing 10 sets of flat bench press
10 sets incline
And 5 sets of miscellaneous chest work with free weights
Is this too much volume for twice a week?
