I'm getting a lot of bloating especially after a larger meal
my diet is pretty good too so I'm not really sure what is going on. it happens when I eat something like steak for example that is heavy
it seems like it wouldn't make any sense for this to happen and I should be not having this issue. is there something that I should be taking with a supplement before I eat food that will help with this?
