Hell, to find land no house - just land for under 300k is a challenge.

yup, 84 is nearby and lumber liquidators isn't too far.
crown molding throughout, chair rail in the dining room only, oak floors.
(i mean, there will be. there isn't now- I could do a more exotic floor but for resale, I think oak is the most well known and liked)

84 (by me) sells GSL molding - well priced too.

If you use LL - let me know how it goes.

And yes - oak or pine (plank - 6+ inches) would be better than exotic.

Gosh... I wish my land was higher. Land even here now is hard to come by and I have near an acre with a home on it. Shit is that I don't want to live there anymore, I want to be closerer to the city limits and can't seem to find a damn thing of equal value to the home I own now. Bitch is I can't sell my current home with out a disclosure of the floods and such. I'm damned if I do... damned if I don't
