Just felt like posting my workout today.

High Pulls- 295 1 rep 3 sets

Seated over head press in rack
Set 1 135 for 10 reps
Set 2 205 for 8
Set 3 245 for 4
Set 4 275 for 1
3 sets of 1 @ 295

Seated laterals
3 sets of 6 w/ 30lb dumdells

Lying extensions
1 set of 10 w/ 45lb dumbell
3 sets of 8 w/ 55's

Straight bar pressdowns
1 set of 10 w/ 150
3 sets of 12 w/ 200

Hammer curls
3 sets of 8 w/ 60lb dumbells

That was it, overhead press felt pretty easy, high pull technique needs some work though. Let me know what ya'll think.

Thanks bro, I have 13 years training experience, but I've only been training heavy again for 8 months. My lifts aren't that great anymore, but here goes

Squat 525
Bench 385 (tore my delt about 18 months ago)
Deads 500 (haven't really maxed in a while)

I went through a BB phase for a while, and now I'm back doing what I enjoy, training like an athlete.

How'd you tear the shoulder

Interesting story actually. I was benching in a commericial gym, w/ my friend spotting me. When I got to my heavier set, he did not want to spot me alone, so he grabbed one of the trainers to help spot. On my second rep, I paused at the top of the movement for a second, and the trainer tried to rack his side of the weight. Me being the neandrethal I am, I pulled the bar out of his hand and did my third rep. When I got up, all I saw was the trainer running for his life, because my lifting partner was chasing after him. I haven't lifted in a commercial gym since.

Zander: Thanks, I'll try.
