With all the threads and posts about Rxhealthdrugs and people thinking that they are a scam, THEY ARE NOT. I have waited for 74 days to receive my package and today I finally got it in the mail. With a big grin on my face as I walked away from my mail box, I opened the package to reveal the items I ordered in pristine non damaged condition. If I had any advice to anybody with problems it would be to wait it out. Its coming, and it may take awhile but keep in mind its very far away and some stuff gets caught up in laws. EXTREME SPECIAL THANK YOU TO EMPEROR!!! and NEED2 . They helped sort out my issue with them and are amazing EF members.

74 days? F that. I've ordered many things from far overseas, it has never taken 74 days...that is just plain slow in my eyes. Not sure if this was a one time deal or if all their orders take this long?
 
I understand from a bro who lives in Europe that there was something that caused a holdup in a major Euro shipping hub and hundreds of packages were delayed. This was not isolated to any one person or business or group or anyone in any specific geographic territory other than those who were unlucky enough to have packs go through that hub.
 
That's just crazy I have received from the far east and all over europe and the longest I've ever waited was 20 days have had as quick as 6 days that's just flat rediculous Imo!! Especially for wat they sell I'd just order domestic but if gonna order overseas I'll stick with who I use I could get 4-5 packs overseas in that time wow!
 
Yeah agreed that it was a wait, but at least I did not get screwed and was SOL without a package. Just a post to everybody that is caught up in the overseas slow pack circle that there is still hope that it is coming and just wait it out. Seems that the error is getting fixed and should be fine to still order from them.

Go ahead and order domestic if you have a script.

Plenty of folks have received orders from RxHealth in less time.

I suspect there are some rough spots they are going through and everything is getting ironed out and they will be back to getting things done in the time frame laid out on their site.

so glad i read this post thanks for psoting gonna keep waiting. i guess taking forever to get a package is much better than not getting anything. 250 bucks of nothing would suck a lot worse.

Also for some reason now my orders history has also been deleted. If there's anyone out there that can help me resolve this problem I would greatly appreciate it. The order number is NOT TO BE POSTED ON THE OPEN BOARDS!

29+counting for me, I have chatted with them and got a tracking number. The USPS info has been the same with no change for days. I would PM CEO but, I doubt it will help especially if we are dealing with the postal system. I'm just glad my cycle made it here in less time from 2 separate overseas locations.

I will be sure to be respectful to him and the sponsors now that I have started the process to get my issue resolved, and not post my grievances before I've gone through the proper steps to get them handled. By doing this, I should be an example to the rest of you who like to bitch publicly before taking the proper steps to solve any issue. Those steps are:

1. Submit a ticket to the support team...and make fucking sure you aren't using hotmail or msn mail or some other similar such service, since they will either send these emails to junk or block them altogether. A good idea would be to get a free hushmail or safe-mail account for these types of transactions.

If that produces no results after 3-4 days...
2. PM a Rep.

If that produces no results after 7-10 days (because those guys are busy on multiple boards)...
3. PM one of the head mods here like ceo, needtogetaas, or hurricane.


Following those simple steps should get any and all issues resolved without any further actions being necessary. We shouldn't have to post/bitch/whine/complain about it before we have gone through those steps to attempt to find out what happened and reach a resolution.

i get gh from china then remailed to me in us in less then 14 days...over 70 is just absolutely terrible..id never order again
 
I ordered from them about a year ago. Got my stuff in less than 3 weeks. It seems that many overseas suppliers had been experiencing delays during February-March time frame for some reason. I've been reading about delay complaints of various sources on several different forums.

YEah, looks like they updated/changed their site recently. My guess is the code got lost in the update. I've sent a msg to a rep about it to ask.

If i could I would be a millionaire. no need for a tantrum just bustin balls. I mean i can see if one person has had a shipping delay but everyone, its kinda ridiculous. Especially when you are trying to plan something out and you have to delay because you are waiting 2-3 months for your goodies.

Right thing to do would have been post a thread sayin listen boys we are having some problems/delays with our shipping and it could be a couple of months between order and delivery so until further notice take it into account before ordering. Instead you order expecting your stuff to be there in a few weeks and your sitting there with your nuts in ur hand scratchin your head two months later.

Everyone didn't have delays. lol @ the 30 or so people posting being everyone. Try out of 5000 - 10,000 orders, maybe a couple hundred at most were delayed. Not a bad ratio at all. Too bad we don't hear about the ones where everything was "A+ all around." I don't want to get into how things work with these companies, but it's not as simple as many people here think. It's actually quite complex for very good reasons.

Believe me there are very good reasons for the delays. They shouldn't be gone into on the open boards either. Sorry. But there are still reasons why, on any given order your shipment may be delayed or not show up at all. I've had both happen. It's the nature of the beast when dealing in these matters. A good company will make that up to their customers...even when it's NOT their fault. They take the hit out of their profits and make it right with the customer. Rx does that.

Now, when there's a problem the steps to take are;

1. submit a ticket to support. Make sure you aren't using a hotmail or msn mail or similar type services. They tend to block the emails altogether and you may never know they sent a message. I use hushmail and I get a response every single time anything happens to the order.

If you don't hear back in 3-4 days and you've checked your junk mail and you're not using hotmail, msn, yahoo, etc.

3. PM one of the Executive Mods here (ceo, needtogetaas, hurricane) and they will do their best to help you.

A lot of times, if something happens, RXHD doesn't know until the customer contacts them. If they respond to the customer and the customer doesn't get their email due to using hotmail, etc., the customer gets pissed and blows up on the forums instead of thinking for a fucking minute about why they're not being contacted, and maybe trying another method to reach the company or a company rep.

If I sound irritated it's because I've been saying the same things over and over and people refuse to listen because it's easier and just human nature to blame someone else. And they won't try to find out who to blame, they'll just blame the company regardless if the blame should be with postal services or whatever else. People don't like to think for themselves anymore, to figure out how to be proactive in resolving an issue. They'd rather just bitch about it to everyone.

Yep. Things happen. Especially when dealing with int'l shipping. Rx is good people and they always come through.

That 20% discount is nice too.
 
The discount worked the first time but now on my 2nd order as a 'returning customer' when I add the discount code it still updates but when I get to the payment it reverts back to the FULL price without any discount.

Yeah, this was addressed in another Rx thread too. So there's a glitch they are working on. When you hit checkout and it forwards you to AlertPay, the discount goes away.

What I was told is that even though the discount doesn't show up on AlertPay yet, the amount that actually gets charged is the amount they have on their back end, which is the discounted amount. I have not yet confirmed this personally, but someone easily could (best bet to confirm it with a small order before placing a big one).

Look guys let me explain things. It is not normal at all for things to take this long with rxhealth. In fact most people before the last month or two would tell you orders from them come in 10-14 days.

However in the last 4 months some big changes to customs laws have happen and a few other curve balls were thrown at rxhealth. With a operation that is the size of rx things like this can really set things back...

Rxhealth has never had the best communication with customers but when and where it counts I have always known them to come through each and every time. Not one single person who has put money in the hands of this company has walked away without a product or a refund and in this day in age that is not so easy to come by.

A lesser company faced with the same major road blocks as rx has seen would have left a lot of people high and dry. Not the case with rx. They see everything right to the end and always make sure the people are well taken care of in the end.

Yes you can have a bad experence with them " if customs takes your shit" but you can blame that on customs not on RX. This place unlike other places will reship your pack 2--3-4 times to make sure you get it and if not then they will give you a refund.

Now I know for a fact many other places would not even give you 1 reship let along 3. Most other places if customs takes your shit and does not give you a letter to prove it then that place will tell you to kick rocks. WE HAVE ALL SEEN THIS. And I for one have been a victim of that kind of business many times in my days coming up..

Although the customer service of this company ( or really just communication) needs a lot of work. I still find this company to be a breath of fresh air in the industry full of crooks. I know I never ever have to worry about some one not getting there shit or a refund with this place. I know no one is ever going to get scammed. In this industry hat is huge for me.

All products are legit and everyone always gets their order or a refund. On top of all this they still rank one of the cheapest places in the world to get products too.

I order what I need well in advance with these guys. Then I order what I need right now right away from extremepeptides and or purchasepeptides.com


Also For the record AG guys have changed inventory and they got good products once again. I have checked it out many many times and they are back doing good again.

is this normal, my first time ordering from them (i also ignored the coupon issues and purchased everything at full price) would i get a partial refund? (just wondering lol, ill just be happy if i get my stuff asap so i can get my aas lol)

what im trying to ask is, do they send off products and leave it as pending or chances are they havent even gotten around to my order yet... --- because they are down Or they are usually this slow with initializing the shipment?

Did you submit a ticket to their support team about this?

Most of these things can be easily handled that way.

Make sure you are NOT communicating to them from a hotmail, msn, yahoo, or similar type account as they will block their responses.
 
Yeh i have, but just read around that it takes them forever if ever to reply (and their live help has been offline for like 3 weeks lol) and i go to their webpage every couple days. just thought id ask since this thread was going and get a reply with people having experience ordering with rxhealthdrugs
 
how long ago did you submit your ticket to support? Have you checked in your junk mail folder? What email system are you using (hotmail, hushmail, etc.)?

RxHealthDrugs has always been good to me. I have ordered from them for years and my packages always came in exactly 14 days. Obviously they are having some problems right now, so you are going to have to wait longer on your packages for now. My Aromasin still has not come in and it has been over four weeks now. I know I will get it though.

Incase you guys need some ancillaries, ResearchStop is good to go. I just got some Aromasin from them, packaged arrived in two days. Good place for research chemicals if anyone needs a domestic source.
 
Taking into consideration the problems that RX are currently facing, what would be an approximate ETA for a small order made in the next few days??

Their problems should be all solved now as far as the shipping delays they (and others) were experiencing. Expected delivery times are stated on their site. IME it's usually 3 weeks average.
