I'm clean bulking atm, and I'm planning to go to october, but people keep asking me to go to the beach and whatnot and I'm too self conscious to go because of my little bulk belly, i need to lose maybe 10 lbs.
my diet and training is on check.
I'm 5'4 and 130 lbs morning weight
currently eating 23-2500 calories- at least 130 g protein-at least 60 g fat- fill the rest in with carbs (usually around 200)
lifting 4x a week, no cardio atm
I still have a good amount of muscle to put on, i've been lifting since january, but i just started bulking on April 17th
would one 2 week clen cycle be harmful?
i figure my cycle will look something like this
30 mcg- 30 - 30 - 40 -40 - 40 - 50 - 50 - 50- 60 - 60 - 70- 70 - 70
2 weeks off
While cycling i'd be eating a deficit so around 1400 calories, plus light cardio (walking on incline) 2x a week
I've asked a good amount of my friends who are into fitness and i've gotten mixed responses, some say yea go for it, some say it's pointless and a waste of money
