To anyone who has suffered from Gyno

What are the first signs of Gyno? There are numerous threads on prevention but have not read any on the initial stages. What to pay the most attention to while cycling?

So nips getting hard freqeuntly and slightly sensetive anything to worry about have not noticed any bloat anywhere else????
