can someone tell me the best workout routine while on a TKD? i was gonna do a whole body routine, doing 12 exercises for 1 set each, 8-12 reps to failure, 3 x per week, because it's just about keeping the muscle you have. what do you think?
I would stick w/ your normal routine, I wouldn't change it up to full body. Theres no reason to alter your training on TKD since you don't need to schedule around a carbup and depletion period.
