TITAN Training...details of the workout

has anyone tried this? i am completely bored with what i have been doing and i want to give something outlandish a try. anyone??
 
you CANNOT get by with out doing any direct trap work. you cannot get by without doing heavy shrugs to build traps. this just looks like some funky burnout muscle glycogen depleting workout, looks like a waste of energy and time stick to low reps for size and strength not this high reppin mess.
 
yeah, ive been doing a 3 day old school program for quite some time, and i just felt like trying something extremely different.

Is anyone still using this program? I'm currently using the Big Beyond Belief program and making very good gains and I was thinking about switching over to this one. So I'm curius how everyone is doing that is using the program.

In the monday and tuesday works the last set goes to failure or not to failure?

Compunds set. - I work the first set of chest, than without rest I work the set of back ???

In the thursday and friday the last set goes to failure?

They say that you should reach momentary muscular exhaustion. Meaning that you should be able to complete all reps without the help of a spotter but no more than the target number for the set. If you aren't sure you can do another rep then you should stop that set at that time even if you didn't reach your target number of reps. Then if necessary, adjust the weight up or down for the next set so that you reach the target number. They don't recommend working to failure or using forced reps on a regular basis. Only occasionally. Odds are if you always work to failure and/or use forced reps you will most likely overtrain.

Yes. One set for chest then one set for back, THEN you rest for 1 min. That's a compound set.

No. Same as I stated above.
