tirzepatide proper dosing for 300lb obese man

I’m a 300lb obese man. Around 30% body fat. Want to use tirzepatide for weight loss. I am NOT a diabetic so I cannot get it via script and use insurance, so I want to get it on my own. Can you recommend a good place to buy it that is affordable for someone like me? Also would 5mgs a week for 6 months be a good dose to see results?

Proper dosing is as follows.
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5mg
wk 9-12 7.5mg
wk 13-16 10mg
wk 17-20 12.5mg
and so on max 15mg
You do not nee to increase if it is suppressing appetite. Just make sure you stay ata specific dose for 4 weeks for your body to adjust to each change. More is not better here. The right amount is best.
