sup bro? i took friday off. and i seemed to feel a little better during the day. i've gotten a ton of sleep this weekend. i think i'm going to stick to my 4 day routine, but switch it around a bit to see if that helps at. maybe drop a few exercises too. i'm going to put legs at the end of the week so i will have time to sleep in. if that doesn't help in the next week or so, i'm just going go to a simple pull, push, legs routine, just 3 days a week.
