SteveMobsterG Moderator Moderator EF Logger May 19, 2018 #2 Don't ask - go do. Also give the hammer a go - as in hitting the tires with a hammer. Once you've done that go full bore. Tire flip, hammer the tire AND hopping into and out of the tire. A BRUTAL conditioning workout.

muskate High End Bro Platinum May 20, 2018 #5 Yeah. It's a great form of cardio that really gets your heart rate up. It's also a lot more fun then traditional boring steady state cardio Also look into battle rope swings.
