hey, im a 15 year old male, im 5'9, 194 pounds and am just now gettin in to the game and was wondering any of you guys could give me sum good tips.

start reading..books, magazines, online stuff..everything you can get your hand on. get the knowledge yourself..dont rely on others to always help you out. it is your body, only you can know what is best for it.
I’m assuming at 5’9, 194 that you would probably want to shed some fat and tone up your muscles. Do you have a gym membership? What would your ideal body type be? Give us a little more info and we can offer you some direction.
