what do you guys recommend for dosage of a test and eq cycle and how long would you consider running tis cycle for. im 195 with 11% bf and looking to add on some quality size

I just finished a Test E/EQ 14 weeker. Test 500 mg Weeks 1-14, EQ 400mg Weeks 1-14. IF this is your first cycle I would stick with that dosage. I was very happy with the results

Test500mgs/week 12-15 weeks

test should be running 2 weeks longer than EQ?
