So I took a week off due to be really sick around the 6-7 week mark (only doing 10-11 I'm using tren ace and sustanon
Been training back two days and I hit a sqaut pr yesterday and a chest pr today normally when I get sick I drop a couple of kgs cause my meals drop from 6-3 from being bed ridden but this time I've come back stronger and my weight is still climbing even though I'm still sick
Any experience this ?

Most bodybuilders have type A personalities. This is especially the case with myself. We assume more is better. If a body part isn't responding, our first instinct is to add in more volume and train it more.

However, sometimes what the body really needs is rest. You are actually breaking down your body in the gym when you train. It is when you rest that your body recovers and grows.

It sounds to me like you were slightly over trained before taking the week off. The time off did you good and your body responded well from it.

I have experienced this many times. Sometimes it is hard to control the urge for training, thinking that the more you train the better will be the results. However, it has been already like 5-6 times that I took a week's worth of rest, and was performing much better. This is why it is good to take a complete week of rest every now and then, as your body needs to recover and assimilate all the changes that are taking place in it.

Yea it's just weird because My meals dropped from 6-3 and I was pretty dead while I was sick.. came back 1 week later no weight lost and was stronger

you simply did a DELOAD without realizing it. your body needed a break, you gave it by accident. look what happened

if you are pounding your body into the ground nonstop then you are hurting yourself. why do you think professional athletes have long offseasons? they have to repair and recover their bodies

This might almost be a blessing in disguise. It can be very beneficial to take a week off or do a deload week. Sometimes it is hard to convince ourselves to do this though. In your case you had no choice. Whatever the reason, take advantage of it!
