Time off between cycles?

[FONT=&quot]How much time should someone take off in between cycles? If I'm running test e now, just the pct alone is going to put me at 7 weeks off because I have to wait 3 before I start. Should I just jump back on after that or give it some more time?[/FONT]

Bro pct counts as time on and so does the period of time u wait to start pct... time on plus pct time = time off

Time on plus your PCT is the minimum length your time off should be.

From beginning of cycle to end of pct is how long you should stay off.
