Cardarine at 20mg per day is fine but if you just take it and don't adjust diet, you will see zero results. I would look into fasting as well. There are many different variations and you might find one that works well for you.
Also, when looking at your diet, try to stick to as many single ingredient foods as possible. Things like raw fruits and veggies, butter, beef, chicken, eggs, nuts.
Stay away from processed foods, especially seed oils.
