It is usually said that 2-3 lbs per week is the most you should do without your thyroid going to hell, decreasing your metabolism, and going catabolic. Is there anything that you can take that is safe and prevents this from happening if you were to, say, take on more of a caloric deficit and take on a more active lifestyle?
