First of all dont WASTE your $ on Flex! Honestly spend your money on food or some quality supplements like whey protein or creatine. Flex is the shittiest magazine I have ever read in my life!After reading it when I was a retarded 12-13 year old I learned my lesson. Everything that it said and recommended was a joke. It recommends some pretty retarded shit.

All of the programs that are suggested are given by 'roid loaded bodybuilders that can train with 30-40+ sets a six times per week.

Anyway back to an arm routine.. my bi routine is close-grip barbell preacher curls, incline alt. zottman curls, and standing reverse bb curls. 2 sets each 6-8 reps. My arms are 17.75" now and I am hoping theyll be bigger soon. My tri routine is incline ez-bar ext., decline db ext., and overhead straight-bar cable ext. 2 sets each as well 6-8 reps.

I wouldnt go over 6-8 total sets as a natural for arms and stick to the BASIC!! With good form and 6-8 reps.

No I don't spend money one FLEX, I got bored so I started reading the online edition. I learned long ago not to waste my hard earned money on Flex or and other Weider publication.
