No, I'm not talking about masterbating. I'm talking about bench pressing. For some reason it seems that when I use the thumbs out method, I feel it in my chest more. Anybody else notice this???
Ok here's my thinking on it.
Thumbs in I can push harder throught the heels of my hand, but when I need to get angery I grip the bar like a bastard and scream, so thumbs out here (i.e. wrapped around).
