I plan on keepig test high soley for muscle gains... My diet and training will keep my lean as well as the primo and var... My thoughts on higher test is that a) I have it on hand and b) test comes with good deal of size... Curious as to why u think I should lower it
A) that doesn't mean you need to use it, if you had a gift card to Mc Donald's would you use it? B) more test/more juice overall comes with more sides, running more test doesn't magically equal more gains
