As long as you aren't using it in excess all the time it should be fine

90% of the issues with sweeteners has to do with total consumption. Keep it to the minimum.

the real shit is completely natural and fine to use

the cheap shit you see sold at your supermarket and half the ones at the health food store is going to contain bulking agents (shame on them for misleading people) which make it completely counter productive. this is where people get fucked
