Thoughts on Clen?

I have read numerous topics but wanted to see what other people thought.

I am beginning my PCT next week and after 5 weeks I would like to do a Clen cycle....I've never done one before....I'm 5'10" weigh 186 lbs at 12% BF...I would like to get to 8% BF

I will start at 2mcg and taper up to the 60-80mcg range and do two weeks on two weeks off.

Does this sound like a good plan? My diet is very good I just am having a hard time loosing this last little bit of fat...I lost 40lbs last year and have some trouble spots.

Would stacking Clen with something also be affective?

Start at 20mcg and work your way up from there. Do you plan using ketotifen or Benadryl for continuous use?
Be sure to use taurine at 3-4 grams per day plus plenty of water and potassium
 
2mcg? That's not gonna do shit... You start at 20mcg and find your tolerance. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or use keto at night. Clen/t3 works great too but not w/o aas as the t3 will melt muscle too. And diet is what it will come down too. If you're not dieting right than youre wasting your money.
 
I assume he meant 20 mcg not 2, it would be very hard to even measure 2 mcg even if you wanted to .
 
Ya my bad it's 20mcg....will ketofin help with sleep? I plan on taking in the morning and usually workout after work for about 2hrs....will I be able to sleep ok?

I am a bit nervous about loosing this hard earned muscle I have put on in the last 6 months, but I have just a few trouble spots that I need to got rid of before my next cycle!!!
 
It can cause insomnia, I know for me my heart races when I'm trying to sleep. Some Benadryl or other sedative should help
 
You don't need Clen if you are at 12%. Adjust your diet and training a bit.


My gym time is usually about 1.5-2 hrs....10-15 minutes cardio, I want to put on this muscle mass in have done crazy diets in the past to loose weight but felt so weak in the gym it was disturbing.

I'm also a 10 year physically dependent alcoholic, I'm pretty sure this fucked up my body composition threw my early 20's...I'm 29 now with 16 months sobriety, and have been lifting hard for the whole 16 months....I just have a few trouble spots that I can't seem to do anything about....it's driving me insane!!!! So I was hoping Clen would knock off that small % so I could essentially start with a clean slate.....idk maybe I went full retard😑
 
Dude, you gotta research more. Get your diet and training down first before using an extreme thermogenic. 2 hours in the gym means you are not training hard enough for the first hour. Do more research before using clen is my advice but if you're going to do it anyways just don't OD on it.
